Lynda Kennedy, on behalf of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, delivers a flash talk on conscious targeted outreach and engagement within the sciences. Lynda suggests finding relevant entry points and providing opportunities to meet scientists that look like the target audience to ultimately build a scientific identity.
